Our room was compact with the necessary amenities and the staff were super-friendly and outstandingly accommodating. The location was unbeatable, just a pleasant stroll away from Sapporo Clock Tower.

The location was exceptionally nice and perfect for us, close to cafés and restaurants. There were a shopping street and a market around the hotel. - We booked a brand-new double room specially with kids and could use the wake-up service available in it.

Clean place with nice views and particularly good location very near to Sapporo railroad station. A decent size and brand-new room, had a really good stay of 4 nights. Location so close to shopping mall as well as departmental malls. Excellent food in the restaurants such as Yakiniku Tokuju k-place, located 5 min away.

The staff at the front desk were attentive and went out of their way to assist me with arranging transportation within the city. I also enjoyed the breakfast, which had a decent variety to choose from, especially for vegetarians.

The location was spot on, with lots of shopping and dining options just a few steps away. The staff were very friendly and helpful, they even helped us plan our activities for the Xmas day. The hotel's amenities were great too, with a lovely lounge area to relax and a convenient vending machine for late-night cravings.
